Ingredients
- 1 Block Tofu
- Rice Noodle or Rice
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Green Peas
- Onion
- Red Pepper

PREP
- Wrap the tofu in a towel and place a weight on top for 30 minutes to help extract the extra water.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and oil a baking sheet.
- Cut the tofu into cubes and bake 15 Minutes. Be careful not to overcook!
- Cook the rice noodles or rice.
- Dice and chop the veggies and steam accordingly.
- Prepare the peanut sauce – see link in related recipes
- Stack and serve.
