Ingredients


  • 1 Block Tofu
  • Rice Noodle or Rice
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Green Peas
  • Onion
  • Red Pepper

PREP

  1. Wrap the tofu in a towel and place a weight on top for 30 minutes to help extract the extra water.

  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and oil a baking sheet.

  3. Cut the tofu into cubes and bake 15 Minutes. Be careful not to overcook!

  4. Cook the rice noodles or rice.

  5. Dice and chop the veggies and steam accordingly.

  7. Stack and serve.
