Ingredients
FROSTING
- 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Butter
- Room Temperature
- 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
TOPPINGS
- 1/4 Cup Caramel Topping
- 1/4 Cup Crushed Peanuts

BROWNIES
- Make Brownies – Follow link to recipe
FROSTING
- Beat the butter in a mixing bowl for about 1 minute until creamy.
- Add the peanut butter and beat until smooth.
- Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat on slow until mostly mixed in. It will be thick and clumpy.
- Slowly add in heavy cream and mix until light and fluffy. Add in more sugar or cream as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Spoon the frosting into a piping bag.
ASSEMBLE
- Pipe the frosting onto the cooled brownie bites.
- Top with caramel topping and crushed peanuts.
