Ingredients
CHIMICHURRI SAUCE
- 1 Cup Packed Flat Leaf Parsley
- 5 Cloves Garlic
- Roughly Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 Cup Distilled White Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
PLANTAIN BASE

Directions
CHIMICHURRI SAUCE
- Put all sauce ingredients into the bowl of a food processor or blender and blend just until everything is combined and garlic is very finely minced. Set aside.
