CHEESY GARLIC CRACK BREAD

Ingredients


  • 1 Crusty Bread Loaf
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
    • Shredded
  • 4-6 Tablespoons Butter
    • Softened
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
    • Minced
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Salt

Directions


FILL AND BAKE

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine butter, garlic and salt in a bowl, melt and stir.
  3. Cut the bread into diagonal diamonds (Do NOT cut all the way through the bread)
  4. Using your fingers, pry open each crack and drizzle in a little butter and a pinch of cheese.
  5. Brush the surface with the remaining butter.
  6. Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese has mostly melted.
  7. Unwrap the bread and bake for 5 more minutes until the bread is nice and crusty.

Notes:
If you make the bread too, it’s even fresher and better!
