Ingredients
- 2 Cups Chicken
- 1 Cup Grapes
- 1 Apple
- 1 Red Pepper
- 6 Stalks of Celery
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Mayo
- Zest of a Lemon
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Dash of Salt, Pepper and Cayenne
Directions
- Dice the chicken, grapes, apple, red pepper, celery and garlic.
- Put into a medium sized bowl and mix together.
- Add mustard, mayo, lemon zest, lemon juice and mix to combine.
- Season with salt, pepper and cayenne to your liking.
- Serve on crackers, in a romaine leaf, as a sandwich or eat it straight out of the bowl!
Notes:
Taste develops after a few hours or overnight in fridge.
