BASIC CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients


  • 2 Cups Chicken
  • 1 Cup Grapes
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 6 Stalks of Celery
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Mayo
  • Zest of a Lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Dash of Salt, Pepper and Cayenne

Directions


  1. Dice the chicken, grapes, apple, red pepper, celery and garlic.

  2. Put into a medium sized bowl and mix together.

  3. Add mustard, mayo, lemon zest, lemon juice and mix to combine.

  4. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne to your liking.

  5. Serve on crackers, in a romaine leaf, as a sandwich or eat it straight out of the bowl!

Notes:
Taste develops after a few hours or overnight in fridge.
